The reason they told you it wasn't a discussion thread is because they were being nice to you. You can't comment and make it a discussion about the prices of the items being sold. I'm not saying anything about the prices. We're talking about the fish he's selling. Look at all of the other sale threads and see what people talk about buddy. Lol

There is leniency on discussions. Valid discussions. If the OP reports that they don't want a bunch of clutter in their thread, then we delete stuff. If someone degrades the sale item, it will get deleted and an infraction. Arguing with Mods about it usually ends with another infraction, which could lead to a temporary ban.

Every single thread is not going to get viewed by a moderator. I mean, we have jobs and families and fish so the expectation that each post will get looked at is unrealistic. This is a free site with volunteer moderators.
