I use it as a quarentine or sick tank, all i run on it is a maxi jet 600 with sponge filter on it.

Works nice too... :)

My biggest concern is the drive to exchange the tanks if we did decide to do it. We need to work out that little detail too.

I would have jumped on this the first day, but seriously, i do not have 4ft of wall space left. I'll have to draw a plan of my apartment to prove it. 4 x 4ft tanks, 3.5ft hex, 2 x 3ft tanks, 4 x 1.5 ft tanks.

Thats 31.5 ft if im not mistaken, plus gaps between the tanks. I dont have the luxury of a fish room or garage/fish room. The only option left is to stack, and i dont like the look of stacked tanks.

I wanted to see how long the 30 long was, thats probably a tank id swap my 29 with lids/lights for.

but do you ahve a 29 gallon standard that is like 30x12x19?  if so what you want for it or something.  maybe i can just flop around like this. lol.  u got me confused.. lol

hum. well i can find out.  i will have to measure. itll be tomorow before i could.  i dont have a lid on it or a light.  its just a tank,  and its been in my attic for a few yrs. so the silicone probaly isnt the greatest shape.

its just too far, 55 wont fit in my car, i would need to rig my stand, get something to hold me fish while i setup, get a filter and recycle my tanks,


Plus i painted the back of my tank today.... and i dont think you wanted paint....although it can easily be removed.

30.25 wide X 21 High(including light) X 12.5 deep

I have angel eggs in it right now, they should hatch out in a couple more days, then id be interested in the 30 long depending on the length.

yeah.  painted is no go.  i gotta have a really nice one.  its in the middle of my house basically,  and is the wall seperator between kitchen and livin room.  i have them see through to both sides.  

ok brownsnoutuk  thats it.  is it scratched up or anything? no scratches top and stuff in good conditions, no paint,  id do that for sure. like i said though.  i dont know if the seal is still good in the 30 long cause its been in attic for awhile, and theres no top or light either.  if you cool with that then id be cool with it. lol  id evan come meet u.  but i gotta measure that 30 long tomorrow.
