I will be attending the Houston Aquarium Society Auction on June 17. I will bring a few pieces to auction off, but I am selling the best ones individually (you will have to pick it up at the auction).
Keep in mind that I drive an hour down to Pierre Part, pick out what I consider to be the best pieces for an aquarium, and then buy it from the collector. I then pressure wash it, attach it to thick slate using stainless steel screws, all of which I also pay for. I use this same process for the driftwood that I keep in my tanks.
Here is where I get the driftwood:
Here I am cleaning it (ladies, please control yourselves):
Here are examples of the driftwood in my tanks:
On to the piece that is up for sale. It has the number "8" on it. It is a cypress knee on 1/4 inch thick slate using stainless steel screws. This piece used to be in my aquarium.
$15. Shoot me a PM!
That's all folks...
