  • For Sale: watermelon zoas for sale mini colonies

watermelon zoas under 14k halides and t5 actinic lighting.

wysiwyg from my iphone on 3 mini colonies. 50-100 polyps each. 30$ each. obo. open to trades:) i just moved them all to this spot. that is why they are closed. tomorrow afternoon I will try to get a better pic. my lights come on at about 4pm. they went off before these had a chance to open back up.

I have frags of these teal/indigo zoas as well. 5-10$ depending on size. they are 3-10 polyps per frag. mounted on aragocrete, no frag plugs here.

this is a better pic of the teal zoas. lots of light they get an indigo ring.. lower light they are solid teal. i have had people that wanted to buy a frag of each because they looked like two completely different zoas.. i told them to grow out the piece and put it in two different areas.

Yeah. I feel like I should name then. Seems like corals get no love without a name. It needs hornet, watermelon, LE, etc in the name. Lol

I got some teals myself but not teal with indigo skirts. Those are actually really tempting. I'll have to wait till I get my LEDs though.

You don't need LEDs to light these things lol. Go for it. That pic was a 250 watt halide and a t5 actinic bulb. Geissman power chrome I believe.

But hey it works for lps and softies and lps being favia, frog, hammer, torch, chalice and many more. Growth is really slow but they do pretty well considering its a pc light.

They are fine for zoas too. I just don't know about coloration.
