I read that if you start 'em slow on the excel they won't melt or whatever it is they do.My fish have Names. -

Totenkampf - I had a feeling you probably had some at some point. I've got that contortion val from you in my 29 gallon which gets regular excel doses and it seems to be adjusting nicely.Those who don't study history are doomed to repeat it.
