From what I have researched people who collect these aquariums will pay this for one this size with the hoods and all. One site mentioned a collector paying 3800 for one fully restored with tank and stand. So no im not trying to screw anyone.

I just found something I know is pretty rare and tried to sell it at a higher price. What if you bought a 64 mustang body for 500 and tried to sell it to someone for 1750? Is that immoral?

This forum is a group of hobbyists..... I'm sure some people on here have money to burn. That isn't the purpose of thos forum, we are here to help each other out. Most of us would sell this on this forum for purchase price + fuel + 15-30%...... Just saying

It's a unique looking tank and could be worth something more than the 150 if it wasn't a leaker. 500.00 i seriously doub't though even in good shape.

if you already bought the tank and have it fully restored and all no leaks and ready to go in someones house etc. then yea you can probably charge someone for your time and effort!!!

i think the CL ad is the REAL owner of the tank. he just wants to make a quick few hundred off the boxer members since he think we probably dont look at CL also ROFLMAO
