Thanks, All is well. I have just come to the realization that I live in a townhouse, I can't have this many animals.
Also, I don't have time to do the necessary water changes to get these guys to bred.

A few more details about the fish. The bottom tank was actually a breeding group that I bought from a guy in Wisconsin (I believe) (9 plecos). The top group was a few wilds and a bunch of F-1's from different sellers in different parts of the country: 5 plecos. I am big on good genetics, so I made sure that they were not siblings. There are probably more plecos in the top tank, but that is all I could count without moving the wood. I really think, you have a good chance with the F-1's they are very active and not too shy. The wilds (bottom tank) are proven, but more shy.

Thanks. Not trying to cause problems. I just don't know what a fair price is. I know how much money I have in it, but I will never get that. Then, it is really a very specialized item, so who knows how many people will be interested, so I may only get low offers.

I would really like to get in the range of $1500, but if someone wants to offer more, that would be cool

You're going about fixing this the wrong way. Sell the townhouse, not the tanks. Then use the money from the townhouse to quit your job so you have time to take care of the tanks. GLWS, I recently had to cut back on tanks too and it sucks.
