well so much for that endevor guys....i'm sorry they wouldn't come out of those shells for us.....but i will work on catching them over the next week or 2 and let you know when i have them isolated.....congrats reba on your harvest of the one's that ek and taipan got to come out of the shells.....hope you enjoy them .....
I LOVE THEM.
So far I have only seen 4 and two squiglies that didn't make it . They came out to eat and feasted right along with the baby angels and the big angels. I swear, I get so excited when I am dealing with my fish , I hate even losing one. Out of probably over 100 fish, I've lost 7 if I include the two who just now didn't make it. Thanks Loretta for your shellies. I will enjoy them. I LOVE the blue eyes!

Yeah the blue eyes is what drew me onto them....if you feed them good stuff and make them happy they have a white pearl sheen to their body and yellow dorsal fins.
Loretta, if you have eggcrate or the light diffusers you can make a stand type thing and place the shell on top of that.......they will eventually come out to see if all is ok and won't go back into the shells if they are above the ground.
woohooooooooo
This morning I turned the light on and I counted 8 large shellies. They are so adorable. They were swimming right beside the large angel who swam to the top for food. So far I have seen no aggression at all from anyone- aside from the rainbow who can barely fit food in his mouth. Loretta, how do you tell gender in the little ones?
