      little how little, I want to add it to my cichlid since I already have one which is about 2 inches, but I do not want to add one and end up being food.

        Just heavily feed your cichlids and then introduce the new fish. That should prevent your fish from wanting to eat it

          Not necessarily. Feed well before. And move environment around(move your decor) that way there is truly only unclaimed territory. Heavy feeding alone may or may not suffice. Also turn you light off when you introduce the new fish.

                well I already have one petricola, and two multicanatus.

                Also 5 Kenyi, and 6 Lab hongi and 4 yellow labs, and two plecos.

                  i've never kept petricola with mbuna,i'm gonna put a couple in a zebra tank,see what happens

                    I have one for sale. Approx. 3.5 - 4". $10.00.
                    Lives in a tank with acei, duboisi, chipimbi, etc.
                    No problems.

                          I have 10 to 15 petrocola that are 1.5 to 3.5 inches long in a 300 tall. I would sell them for $8/each.
