I have a question, will clown loaches this big eat or possibly desimate a large mts population in a large tank? If you know I would appreciate it. I have nine small 2 1/2 " ones in my 350 with my red bulus and I haven't noticed any eating of the snails at all. Thanks for any response.

Everyone one of my tanks that I have clown loaches in, don't have a MTS problem. But i do have a couple of tanks that do not have any clown loasches, and those tanks are infested with MTS. From my expierience of over twenty years, Clown loaches are the best to take care of MTS problems. I'm kind of surprised that yours are not taking care of the problem. And yes the bigger loaches will eat the snails also, hope that helps.

Clown loaches are nocturnal too. Maybe they are eating the snails at night when you don't see them.
