Call Rama -he da man !!! He takes excellent care of his fish and they are very healthy. And he will treat you right. If you've never had trophs, get 25 dub fry from Rama - they are such a joy to watch them grow up !!! I LOVE to watch them transform from fry-juvie-adults. When I don't have any babies, I start whining....I miss those beautiful spots!!!

Rama, you are welcome. Moganman, sorry-I didnt mean to sound rude, long day. LBarron, starting with 25-50 fry is the most economical and allows you to have a large enough colony to cull the extra males when breeding age and still have a good size
colony left. its nearly impossible to "add to" an established colony later on.

Not quite sure if there's other ways, but venting is a 100% way to sex them.

Venting is only way, but its easy. Everything else is a crap shoot! But you will learn your dominant & subdominant male easily and some special kids :)
