    In my case, i set up my tank in late august, i have a carpet by early august so 4-6 weeks, i use ecocomplete substrate, excel and flourish complete
    I have the patience of a goldfish....

        what i use is flourish excel from seachem is it two in one or the same what you guys are using it (Flourish and excel)?

              look nice............. all these grow in 3 month or do you used lot of them to create carpet and what other plants are in tank?

                I didn't use a lot, I bought just enough and spread them evenly... the key is to spread them evenly among the mesh, the first 3 weeks the plants will die out then new growth will start if you use excel they grow quite fast with high light. I have 2 finnex ray II on that tank so that's quite a bit of light. I have wisteria, java fern and anubias within the tank too. some of the java fern really took off one of them started out with 3 leaves, now become a bush of javafern with at least 20 leaves+

                  does anubias growth is faster or slow? i should plant that in my tank too..............
