  • Driftwood

I am looking for some good driftwood. I have a 60"x24"x18" tank that will be planted/angels. I would really like a stump looking or possibly something branching.

If anyone has something for sale or knows a good place (other than the auction) to pick some up let me know.

I still looking for wood, too. Fish Ranch has the best selection of driftwood, I think

      What's wrong with the auction?

Maybe he can't make the Auction or just wants something now rather than later...That's the way I read it.

There is nothing wrong with the auction, as a matter of fact I will be there for the auction. But I wanted other opinions and places to look as the auction isn't a guarantee to be there or win it.

I went by Fish Ranch today and didn't really see anything that I wanted... Except for a piece that was in one of their tanks.

              Re: Driftwood

Good news...I actually have a stump looking piece that has been soaking in water for a few months...bad news, I won't be back in town until Nov. 2nd. I'm 90 miles out in the Gulf now at work. But I'll try to get my girl to take a pic on the camera for posting.

I've had it for a while, but never really wanted to put it in one of my tanks. I don't really care for the "stumpy" look. So I've just been tryin' to sorta prep it for sale one day.

I got a bunch of big pieces of driftwood, in the garage. I'll load up some pics tomorrow of them if anyone is still interested.

SOULJAA and shaggy, if you guys could get me some pics I would appreciate it. If you could include something to kind of reference the size of it (i.e. CD, movie etc...)

Prices vary from 25 to 35 dollars, these aren't small pieces.

Shaggy, I am interested in the last 2 and the first. Anyway you can get me pics from different angles? Any approximate measurements on them at all?

The last 2 are the same. I'll go take a few more pics of those 2 for you and get some ruff measurements.
