Received confirmation from Jose (seller in Portugal). He said he does international shipping and will collect the eggs during the week and ship them next week because he has to make padded envelopes for best condition shipping.
It's 8€ for 25+ and 6€ for international shipping. Converted to USD, that's $10.2872 for 25+ eggs and $7.7154 for shipping. He charges a 5% fee to cover the paypal transaction fee for international transactions. So the total is about $18.90.
Sounds good to me! I'll be ordering some from him soon! Will be buying Austrolebias nigripinnis "Carmelo" (Anthony! LOL). Let's hope a good amount survives and actually hatch...

Start the Infusoria cultures now or try getting some micrworms if possible. It was the only way I hatched any nothos... Even baby brine shrimp were too big for them and they ignored the frozen daphnia...In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

No problem, I wish I had thought a bit ahead when I had gotten them. Its really easy to start cultures and I'm sure I would have gotten better fry survival rates. There are a few spots online about starting cultures and they usually take a couple of weeks to get going well. I bet the water in your plant jars might do the trick as well. I even thought about sticking a large bucket of water and wilted lettuce leaves outside just to have a stockpile...In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

I got freshly hatched BBS from Houston Aquatics for literally nothing(less the a few dollars) and I imagine a few other stores can hatch some for you whenever you need... I just never found anyone with microworms, bannana worms or vinegar eels.In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
