I saw a 'homeless guy' under one of the overpasses begging for food and/or money. I dont give money to anyone i dont know, but i had a couple of cans in a cooler with ice. I called him over and offered him the cans. It was over 95F, so i figured hed appreciate a cold drink. He refused the drinks saying he doesnt drink Diet.

I know its a big business in the larger cities in the UK. They can make $40-50 an hour doing nothing.
