I have seen this tank it is a very nice looking tank! I would buy it but I already have a few tanks I have to pick up by this weekend. The tank is in very good condition it looks new!

I'd say it's the best deal he's posted to this point so far since he decided to take a breather from the hobby. If one could buy this for say, 220.00 it would be a steal, it would be like getting all the accessories for free. There's a lot of money in the Emperor, Holey Rock and Heater, someone will be very happy with this deal.

Here is a little sweetener on the deal as well.  Instead of the Marineland 200 going with this deal, it includes a 3 month old Rena XP1 Cannister that works flawlessly.  The 200 is going with another deal I have in the works.

The tank set up alone with the original cheap lighting cost me $325 a little less than a year ago.  The two filters cost me around another $200 and don't get me started on how much the holey rock was at retail.  At $250 this is a steal any way you look at it.

The tank is immaculate I will say I have seen the tank! I tried to convince him to keep it ,when I was over at his house a little over a week ago.I told him he would not find another tank like that at the price he was going to sell it for. But the man wants out of the hobby.
