  • For Sale: Live Microworm cultures

I've expanded my microworm culture and I've got some to spare if anyone would like some. Great for small fish, fry, and inverts. I feed it to several fish under 1". I wouldn't feed it to anything bigger than 3" as they may not see the worms (could work though). Very easy to maintain and harvesting is very simple. Here is my "How-To" for harvesting and maintaining your own culture. If you need more info on either, feel free to PM me. Starter cultures will include tupperware (6" diameter) they're in with pre-punched holes I've made.

    2x3" ziploc bag: $1
    6-8oz Starter culture: $5

Read to feed/expand culture (enough for 5-6 cultures): $15

(2nd from left is how it should look when culture is expanded)

An example of a ready to feed culture

    Trades:
Zoas, GSP, Palys, Ricordea, Blue Snowflake Anthelia
    Marineland Minijet 606
Ceriths, Florida Ceriths, Nerites, Nasarius snails

Should work. It's highly nutritious for any fish that can munch on it.

ttt 4-6oz doesn't seem like much, but I started my culture with 4-6oz. They reproduce faster than roaches. One cotton swab would catch a few hundred worms.

That's fine as long as it's before 2pm for both days. I work near 610 & San Felipe if that's better for you, but you'd have to meet me near there at 4:40pm or 10:00pm on Friday. Thursday you'd have meet at 3:40pm, I won't be able to meet afterwards.
