I just noticed that one of my "Kachese" is a Red Moliro. I think it's a male, but I'm not certain. Free to the first person who has a colony and shows up. Fish is about 3.5-3.75". Healthy

There is a specific horizontal red marking close to the caudal fin in the moliro. A dead give away is that the Red Kachese have red/orange markings on their gill/gill juncture.

Yeah the Red Kachese is the most colorful red IMO and if a comparison is made to any fish, I think in their light coloration, they can look somewhat similar to the Golden Kazumba210gPetrochromis Macrognatus Green 'Nsumbu

You're right about that. When they are bored or stressed, they look like any other red. When they are excited they are beautiful. I have a few males that are constantly colored up and they are gorgeous. There's variations too. My first colony looked like they came straight from a picture from the net. Always orange. These haven't gotten there yet, but time will tell.210gPetrochromis Macrognatus Green 'Nsumbu
