I've had this purple LTA in my 40 breeder for about a year now, it is a really hardy anemone, it has managed to survive through some less than ideal water conditions. However, it is not a good fit with my tank... $30 or trade for coral, let me know if your interested, I can send you a pic. It's maybe 4 inches across when fully opened up...... if you want this anemone you need to have fairly low flow, strong lighting, and a fairly deep (at least 3 inches) sand bed made of fine grained sand. I have it in aragonite right now, but it is obvious that it would prefer a substrate with a smaller grain size.
