    WTB.......plastic hinges for glass tops.

    I know that online vendors sell them but wanted to see if anyone in town has some to spare.....I need to redo the hinges on my 135g oceanic since it's pushing about 16yrs now and the last time I raised the hood I ripped it completely off cause I was pissed off.

    would need up to 72" worth but if there is someone with just a lone 24-36" pc that will work as well.


    What I am needing is not new glass tops but the plastic hinges that connects the lid.

    ek ....on 529 and eldridge there is a fish store fish r fun.....he has the strips that you buy and cut to size.....he gives good deals on them....

          I think Ultimate has some long pieces last time I was there.

            i have a 36" piece and 2 24" pieces, you can have them when you come to pick up the rock..

              Check home depot.  I was in the glass and acrylic sheet section last week, and would almost swear that I saw the long hinges there.  I don't remember what thickness though.

                  I got the plastic backstrips, and the plastic hinges new from Aqua Zoo just 2-months ago.  I know they can help you with that.
