55g Tanks and Stand

I have a 55g tank I believe its a topfin, it comes with both light hoods and stand. The stand is a oak color with a black top.
Im asking 100obo for both. I'll have pics posted tomorrow.

Is the tank black or with an oak colored stand?  I need a black 55 with top only.  Where its going, I will have top build a short stand for it on my own.

Is the tank in good shape...no scratches or anything like that.  Does it need any serious cleaning or anything.

as far as i can remeber it doesnt have a scratch on it. the back of the tanks is painted blue and red it was part of a patriotic theme tank, which will come right off with a razor blade.
