So I know your not a hypocrite Loretta. You dont hurt fish by making them bite on metal hooks, and im sure you dont eat them either huh?

nope....i don't.....i am a conservationist....i catch and release.....i even kiss them before i let them go....
and scientific evidence says that catching them doesn't hurt them....i don't use grappling hooks either.....i use small hooks and i am very gentle with them....i find it very disturbing when i see a lake being raked over by fisherpeople that leave the fish to die on the bank...or even the lazy ***holes that put out trot lines and leave them for hours....
on a clear day i have let fish off these ungodly things on the lake....if your hungry then catch it and eat it.....if your doing it for sport then by all means do it the right way....
but putting a little inocent fishy in that tank so you can watch frank eat it is just plain wrong...granted that i know you have to feed him....hence feeders...and this is why i will not feed any of my own another live fishy on purpose....
now shhhhhhhhhhh......and go get frank some feeders.....
