Blue Rainbow fry talk to Mike (bethesdaboy) I know he has some for 10$ a fish.

Ilangi fry talk to Quoc (Eklikewhoa) he may have some, and there is a colony at Mike's Tropical Fish that might be negociated for the right price.

Red Rainbow fry, I currently do not know anyone with fry as of right now.

I can tell you that there are a number of people with some really nice Tropheus with Fry right now you might just want to ask them.  If your only looking for the really bright and colorful Tropheus, you might have to wait.
