    Crowntail bettas

    Hi, does anyone know where I can find female Crowntail Bettas in northwest Houston?

            Try Petco, the one on 646 has some and the other stores might too.
            So many things can be a mystery, when all we're seeking is freedom...

              I've discovered that if you call Petco or Petsmart individual locations and find out when they get a shipment of new fish in you will get a great selection. I went by Petsmart on 290 and Fry this morning and they had BEAUTIFUL Bettas I never see this kind of selection there...because they are all bought out before I get there. Good Luck!!!

                Well, if you wanna make a trip to the northeast side of houston (atascocita) Petco, they getting a shipment in of bettas, the carry female crowntails, halfmoons, deltas. They usually have a good selection too. I know they a shipment tomorrow in, at least thats what they told me when i went today. There number is 281-812-0290 in case you want to call. Goodluck, im trying to breed my crowntails right now.

                  I know there is at least one local breeder of crowntails.   Check  the local IBC chapter     BettaHabari

                    Thanks everyon, :)
                    I went to petsmart yesterday and in with the female veiltail bettas was a female crowntail betta.I broght her home and put her in the breeding tank.

                      Good Luck with your new female, I hope she turns out to be a good breeder for you, just keep her healthy and happy and you might be rewarded soon. Sounds like your really got lucky finding her too, maybe it was meant to be for both of you... :)
