Man....not to sound like a hater. But 550 is alot for that tank. Cost is maybe 80 at the most. I'm reaching high for that.

are you serious? you cant buy glass tops for a 75 gallon tank from oceanic for 80 dollars.... i talked to several fish stores and was told that tank would be over 1500 dollars to order now. so i think 550 is cheap.. IT COMES FROM THERE CUSTOM SHOP.... SUPER THICK GLASS. HEAVY DUTY STEEL SUPPORTS, BLACK SEALS,

not to bash this post either, but you have to consider that this tank was built custom to fit only one persons needs. just because they paid a thousand or so to have it made doesn't exactly mean you'll be able to get that on the market. i must say that is an awkward shape for an aquarium. also being 12" wide is somewhat difficult to work with as far as aquascaping

Hmmm...

Although I'm not looking to buy this tank, $550 seems like a fair asking price.  Yes, it was customized for someone and not everyone will have a need for this tank.  Let me just say this, this tank is rockin.  Not only is this tank built heavy duty, its a show tank.  It would really show off some Angels or Discuss.  All this and built by Oceanic!  This tank will always retain value.  I think $80 is kinda low.  I'm sure Mickey would entertain some offers.


I have no doubt this tank will sell, just a matter of time.
