My tenant recently left behind 6 fish tanks full of fish and I’m not sure what to do with them. They are “naturalistic” tanks full of plants and soil, so taking pics of the actual fish is difficult. I know the majority of the fish are cichlids, but there are also algae eaters, Angel fish, gourami, tetras, iridescent sharks, pacu, snails, blue crawfish, etc. I probably have close to a thousand fish. I know that selling live animals on Facebook is not allowed, I don’t know what to do. Any advice is appreciated. I am in Beaumont, TX. Please text 409-540-3388 for more details and pics.

They will sell just fine here. I'd also recommend measuring the tank dimensions and posting the tank sizes if you are looking to sell them too. You shouldn't have any problems. -
See if a local fish store would be willing to take some things off your hands. Aside from that, if you could get an inventory of the equipment and livestock, I'm sure some people here and on Houston aquatic market (Facebook group) would buy some stuff off you. Best of luck!Comment
