Hi All, Update, I have decided to just get out of the hobby instead of downsizing.
All of the anemone has been asked for, as well as most of the corals.
I do have the live rock still, about 90lbs, I am selling for $1/lb. most of the rocks are covered with mushroom coral and little blue polyp corals.
I also have the fish for sale.
Powder blue Tang $50
2x Yellow tang $50 for both
Large maroon clown $45
2 large chromis and 3 damsels (free with any purchase )
or Take all the fish for $100.
As far as the tank

Well, as the title says, I am down sizing my setup.
We just did wood flooring the whole house this past holiday, and I am downsizing my tank to fit in a nook with tile, because I don't want to damage the flooring from the mess I always make around the tank so the following are up for sale.
Rose Anemone, I have about 10 of them, they are attached to live rocks, some rocks have several of them on it. you will have to take the rock because I don't know how to get them off the rocks. $15 each, attached rock is free.
A Candy Cane Coral with maybe 100 heads (yes you read that right, about 100 heads) Its about 10' across. $75.
I also have the following equipment for sale:
