I have been all over Houston within a 3 hour radius and can't find any live food anywhere

I'm gonna try to get my culture's back up and going I've got about a dozen 5 gallon buckets that dried up outside from my axolotl days that are guaranteed to have eggs if i add some nuclear green water they may come back to life.
