well u could run a hose from the garage. lol.  hell buy these 2 tanks,  use them to fill ur 5 lbs to save trips to the gas distributor.  save money.  time, and trips.  these tanks you could take to a praxair dealer or anyother and give them these 2 bottles and they give you 2 in exchange. you own the bottles.  all you do is basicaly swap bottles with them for the price of the gas and never have to worry about an inspection
