i got a 55g oceanic tank from a nice guy and i need to buy glass lid for it ( planning to put a jadini in this tank) and a stand that fits the size of this tank. i think the tank's dimension is 48*13*18. if you have one and want to get rid of, please send me pics  and i will respond as soon as possible...

i also have a large pleco(about 5-6inches)  that i want to trade for smaller sizes or sell. Make me an offer...

We have a black 55g stand sitting in our garage doing nothing that we need to get rid of.  $25 if you want to come get it.  I had pictures at one time I will see if I can find them.

i have enough for one half.  not both sides.  i have a front and back piece for one side.   by the way.  you can get the glass, and buy the handle and folding strip by itself.  make your own. even when you buy that piece you gonna have to assemble it.

if money isn't too much of a problem, most lfs sells those for 15 - 20 bucks each, i got a 30 X 10 with a 4inch plastic thingy on the back that you can cut  to fit either ur hob or intake/outgoing tubes for like 18 bucks at city pets...

Mahoro, do you have pics of the thing you are talking about......because the lid is supposed to be 23*12 inches. So, i want to look at pics, and make a plant to cut it off to fit my tank.....
i saw that lid is selling at some lfs for $15 each...but i dont really need a new one, since i want to spend my pocket for the fish that is coming soon....
so, any thing with decent price will be good idea...

now, even if you were to make your own, unless u got the tool and the center folding thingy, you would only probly save around 4 bucks, the glass top for my 34g broke on both pieces, i tried to make my own, but the price just didn't work out... http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...fm?pcatid=3790

yeah...you're right.....i think i should look around for people who dont need Lids, so they may sell them cheap/.....
