110 gal aquarium with solid wood stand asking $400.00

I have a 110 gal tank complete set up on a solid wood stand I am looking to sell because I no longer have room in my new house for it.  I am asking $400 for the set up.  It has a magnum 350 cannister filter, undergravel filter system and four powerheads.  The thing is in great shape al it will need is gravel water and fish.  I also have numerous decorations.  The measurements are 5 ft. long, just over 2 ft tall, and 18 inches wide. Steve, I just had a visual of those HotRod Magazines with the girls all over the hoods, but instead of cars it was aquariums...LOL  I would be alot more tempted to buy a tank advertised like that...haha.

There are deals that come and go all the time. Just depends on how long you want to sit on them. It seems that we have all seen this over and over and the argument of what a tank is worth or not. There seems to be some amazing steals right now on big tanks. Maybe its gas prices.  

Mostly depends on how fast you want to move the item.

You are correct in stating if the price were lower then I am sure he would get more hits. I would love to have this tank....just have no room for it right this moment
