Shell Dweller Habitat For Sale (With Pics)

I built this little habitat with hopes of finding some nice little Shellies to call it home.  I have given up the search and have decided to focus more time on my bigger display tank.  Included in this package is a standard 10 gallon tank with Caribsea aragonite substrate.  The shells came from Cichlid-Breeding.com about a month ago.  For lighting there is a 24" Coralife fixture with an almost new 50/50 PC bulb.  The AquaClear 30 is probably 2 months old so the media is quite fresh considering that the only thing living in the tank now is a Leluepi pair.  Also will come with the Stealth heater that you see in the pic.

I'm asking $100 for the setup considering almost everything is brand new.

That's a neat looking setup.  For you, or a potential buyer, Ultimate Fish on 2920 has an F0 Neolamprologus multifasciatus colony that is labeled "NFS" but sometimes they have some F1's up for sale.

I saw the ones that you are talking about Sunday.  I drove all that way hoping that they would have a tank that didn't say NFS on it if you want to know the truth.  I have seen them there before and he has some really nice stock.  I really just need to sell the setup to fund some other Tangs for the 60 gallon tank that I set up.

I'll include an 18.5" tall black stand/shelf if someone will pay the asking price.

Yeah, if it doesn't sell for the price that I'm asking it's really not going to hurt my feelings...LOL.  I've got probably twice what I'm asking into truth be known once you add everything up at retail pricing.

If someone wants a cheaper version of this setup, I will sell it without the Coralife fixture and replace it with a regular flourescent strip and glass top for $75.  This will include the stand that the tank is on as well.

I want to let this run for atleast a week before I start parting it out honestly.  But the whole set up and the Coralife comes with it...

For $100...I'll even throw in the Leleupi pair that's in the tank now.  Does that help anyone out with the decision???

If I buy the full set up at 100.00 can you throw in the regular glass tops and light as well?  I have no probs driving to clearlake - been out of town a month and miss driving my car.

Is 10 gallons a good set up for shell dwellers? Size wise that is?

Never heard back from Kris so this set up is still for sale.  I would like to see it gone by the end of the weekend if at all possible.
