Thinking that I want to concentrate on one colony which I will be upgrading the tank size and possibly doubling/tripling the size of the colony. So with that being said....
-135g Oceanic 6ft tank with oak trim. (silicone is blue from use of rid-ich) Slight scratches here and there but hardly noticeable.
-100lbs. Eco-Complete cichlid substrate sand
-Large brown river stones (can swap for approx. 200lbs.+ Tx.HoleyRock)
-Eheim 2217
-Rena Xp3
-Amiracle wet/dry that I believe is rated for 100g powered by Eheim 1262
-Acura 200/300(?) watt heater
-48" shop light enclosed in wood housing(ghetto but functional) dual globe
-30+ WC Tropheus Brichardi Ulwile (counted at least 30 adults plus various fry)
The Tropheus produce fry like clock work! The tank is not a show piece but presentable IMO. I have several leads on some more Ilangis which is my colony of choice right now so I am looking into a 8-10' tank to house them all in.
The above listed....$1800 gonna list it high for all the HFB lowballers :wink:
