We will accept Cash, Checks and Credit.

-Concession will be be Cash only.

-Check-In will be Cash and Check.

-Check out will be Cash, Check and *Credit Card

*You may use Credit Card for amounts $15 and more.

*Credit Cards accepted... MasterCard and Visa.

Sellers will be mailed their money minus 10% for GHAC in 2-3 weeks after the auction.


Check-In starts at 10am,  but the Auction doesn't start till 11am.  If there are still alot of people Checking-In at 11am, we may wait for a few more minutes but the Auction must begin around 11am.   We are expecting alot of items from everyone I've talked to.

Is it an open auction or silent? No reserve, right?

Rage --- the auction will be an open auction.

I dont believe we are going to attempt a silent one at this one.  Maybe the next time GHAC has an auction we will also hold a silent one.
Our primary auctioneer (Tiapan) will be yelling / speaking as fast as he can (almost) so it will not be hard to follow him :)

There is an option to the seller for a reserve, but most don't.  If the item is reserved and doesn't sell, the seller still has to pay 20% of the reserve price to GHAC.  That is only on items that have a reserve.

I am a newbie to this forum so bear with me please. I recently purchased a 40G tall on Craigslist and when I picked it up they included 2 Goldfish and 2 Plecos with it. Even though I'm new to the hobby I know that these 4 fish should not be in a 40G tank together. I would like to rehome them. Is this something I can bring to the auction for sale or trade?
If so, how do I get them there? I think I read that ziploc bags are not allowed. what about a styrofoam cooler? Any help appreciated.
