Re: Looking for Tropheus fish for sale

Sorry if this is posted somewhere else, but I just found this website.  I have about 8 Dubosi Tropheus and 1 other tropheus I have no clue what it is.  I also have 6 cherry/orange/yellow Moori.

That is my collection of Tropheus so far.  I want to add to it.  But I also have 3 green terrors, about 8 peacocks, and a variety of other african cichlids in my 150 gallon fish tank.

Any advise or help on where to get Tropheus would be greatly appreciated.  I live near the Galleria Mall.  Thanks

      I WILL TRADE TOO!!

So you are looking for any varient, so long as it is an adult? If that is the case, then you may want to try Xtreme Fish and Pets on Bellaire. The owner, Troung is a pretty cool dude to do business with and will give you a pretty good deal on fish. I was there yesterday and he had a couple adult Dubs , Chaitaka Blue Rainbow, Ikola, and I think a couple Chimbas'. All of these were adults and some were WC "Wild Caught" (so expect to pay WC prices for the WC adults).

BTW.... How long have you had that assortment of fish in the 150? Do the Trophs do okay in that tank?

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

                  Sup...

I have had the tank for about 8 months and have had the Dubos fish in there from the begining.  A few have been eaten since I got them when they were tiny, but I bought ten of them and now I have 8.  And now since they have been in there the whole time nobody messes with them.

Every fish in the tank is doing well.  Most of the fish dont even bother anyone else besides for there own.  I enjoy the variety.

I will have to check out extreme fish and pets.  Thanks
