fs: w/c petrochromis trewevasae---SOLD

He is about 4.5-5 inches and is kept with my colony of tropheus.  Asking $45 for single male w/c petrochromis trewevasae.  





Pictures are a little old. He is bigger now and has longer trailers.

I wonder how he would do in my community tank....I have fronts, severums, and dolphins here at work....and I can't forget jumpin joey, the jardini.....?

If all you feed is NLS, then I don't see any problems.

No, I feed them all a mixture of shrimp, pellets, and NLS.

petros shouldn't eat shrimp.

What about all the shrimp mix feeding people? Should we warn them?

What about the krill that's in NLS?

Shrimp is fine.

lol, I didn't know shrimp mix could feed people. If they can we should warn all those people....j/k.


I never feed the fish anything other than NLS (same with my tropheus). But if you are feeding your petro and tropheus shrimp than it has to be good for them.

I've feed shrimpmix to both, and not had problems.

The shrimpmix is messy as hell though..

Normally through google and research?

There's no science behind it... get shrimp and blend it with other stuff to get a mix

Frozen Peas unsalted, Whole Shrimp, blended together in a 1:1 ratio.

Then add liquid vitamin, and plain gelatin refrigerate for a day or so.

Then cut into squares...and voila'  instant shrimp mix
