WTB - Petricola or other smaller Cats

I've been meaning to set up a tank mainly just for catfish, and I'm looking for smaller cats like the petricola. If you have any small cats, and would like to move those little fry munchers out of your tank, LMK.

Again, prefer to hear from locals, but will travel for numbers, and or good prices.

There are some WC adults at city pets as well I just don't remember their price, but you can always call them.

Your memory is good sir....yes, you did, one of them is still with me, the second found his way into trouble with a HOB impeller and is no longer with us.....your dwarf petricolas are exactly what I would like to have....Ideally, I would like to have over a dozen of them.

Are you looking for true Petricola or the "dwarf" Petricola(Lucipinnis)? $60 for adult Petricolas isn't a bad price, but it's probably about double what a Lucipinnis would cost locally. Rare Dave has some of the best prices that I've seen on Lucipinnis, and then there is always Aqua-Bid.

I am not really that particular about the exact species, I just want a nice mix of small cats to populate a 55 gallon tank. I would like to have both "shy" and "active" fish that will patrol the tank openly and hide in little caves and other hideouts.

I'll be trying to set up a rocky theme with lots of crevices and caves, and some basic plants too if that is possible. I plan to limit the fish population to bottom dwellers only, primarily cats. I might toss some surface fish in their as well....but that's down the road a piece for this project...

UF has wc adults that i myself helped unpack, they are $40.00 and are about 3.5"tl.

Most of the "Petricola" for sale are actually Lucipinnis, so don't over pay for them. Lucipinnis are gonna be cheaper, smaller, and easier to find, so they would be my choice.

I hear you....I bought 3 little cats that looked like petricola's over at Fishland for 15.00 each a few months ago...I'm guessing they where indeed Lucipinnis....and they are nice too....like I said, I'm not fussy about the particular variant of cat, I just would like something that will "fit" the environment....

I have a dwarf giraffe cat that is about 3.5" to 4". he hides alot, but I think it's because he is the smallest guy in the tank. Check Fish R' Us for them(thats where I got mine). OR send me a pm with a price you would be willing to pay.
