looking for real small tanks/ accessories

My friend just got a betta as a gift and was asking me for tips... and my younger cousin became interested in my nano reef's clown fish, so i offered him my empty 2.5 but his parents said no until recently but now i have 2 cardinal shrimp in the 2.5.

So i'm checking to see if anyone has a free or cheap small tank (preferably around 5 gallons or less), also looking for small filters, small simple lights... Also looking for christmas moss and other plants for me.
