I overfed those fish a variety off foods including Frozen Brine Shrimp W/Spirulina, and Tetra tropical flakes and tetra crisps and these little red tetra granules. They loved the granules. They like temperatures 78-80 farenheight thats what I always keep my tanks, leaning more towards 80 cuz the heat keeps the bacteria at bay. If you ever get sick fish with say ICH a 2 week heat treatment at 86 degrees farenheight always works and constant water changes.

And if you are keeping all nine in a 30 gallon tank I suggest weekly 50-75% water changes and possibly a tank upgrade in the future because they will grow fast. I would think at least a 55 gallon would be a better home for the nine and whatever else you got in there.
Give em' some anarchist plants, (i dont know if im spelling that right) they will eat them and provide vitamin E for them.

Next time petco has that dollar a gallon sale on tanks get a 55 the day it starts probaly next year round xmas, by then they would probaly all be fully grown or at least to the size they will in that tank.
