I got this tank and stand/canopy combo last summer and quickly found out that the stand was water damaged. I'm currently using the tank on another stand, so this is STAND/CANOPY ONLY. Even after a year the base of the stand is still a little moist and paint is stripping (see pic), but the sides seem to have dried out. Still, this stand is not ready for a tank yet (and all of the water weight!). You would need to reinforce the sides with 2x4s or replace wood to repair. To make it really nice you would need to replace some of the hardware which although functional is rusty, and repaint the entire thing. I had intended to do this, but as it's been a year, I think it's time to let go. So if you have the time to repair it, this could be a pretty sweet stand w/ integrated canopy for FREE :)
