Rehome Cory cats emerald(silver)

My mom bought two emerald Cory doras for her three gallon betta tank 🤦🏻*♀️ I tried to rehome them in my ten gallon Betta tank but the betta keeps eating their food and I think they honestly stress each other out. She was supposed to take them back when she got a bigger tank (which turned out to be a six gallon) but she instead bought 5 more baby Cory cats (yes 5) for now they are small and happy but I’m sure that will be a problem for another day and future me 🤦🏻*♀️
