Baller Status Shrimp Group Buy.

I walk in the door with my new shrimp at about 3pm and right about that time my wife gets a call from our daughter who is at work and isn't feeling good. I dump the new shrimp into a small glass container and then leave immediately to go and pick her and her car up. I get home at 4 and start drip acclimating which is what I am still doing.

Slow and low that is the tempo.
