its an overpriced 120 gallon tank instead of a 240.

My brother in-law just bought a 240gal with Lights (not the best) 2 350Mag filters and stand for 500 so he either got a steal or this is over priced. i found that with used Tanks is best to get dollar a gallon. Plus some $ for extras.

Totally depends on the condition of the tank.

With some tanks, I wouldn't even tank if they were giving it away.

Thanks for the comments Joe Reborn and myjohnson. I thought that there may be different values for the huge / bigger tanks than a dollar per gallon rule. Especially since the bigger tanks use wet/drys and are drilled or have multiple canisters. As myjohnson stated it depends on the condition of the tank and the accesories that are with it. sunrise

Just FYI boxers, this tank is a 120g (4x2x2) and has a chip in the front glass, also all the accesories are not the best. IMO the tank is overpriced.
