TROPICAL FISH HATCHERY FOR SALE OR TRADE - $4500 (ALVIN, TEXAS)

I have an operating fish hatchery for sale. I built this hatchery a few months ago and now I have decided I don't want to continue with it. Here is what is included. There are 40 Oceanic 30 gallon tanks with UG filters and stands to hold all 40 tanks. There are about 20 10 gallon tanks and 15 or so 20 gallon tanks. There are 3 55 gallon tanks, two with stands. There are 2 75 gallon tanks There is one 40 gallon tank. Also, there is a blower which is powering the hatchery plus a spare blower. I will include all of the pvc pipe and valves. I have 25 pounds of flake food and a pound of freeze dried bloodworms and some other foods. I have 18 one gallon jars for hatching brine shrimp. I also have about 20 canister filters and hang on back filters and 30 or so foam filters and a wet dry filter. There is more that will be included. I am sure I am forgetting some things. I have 2 of the 30 gallon tanks set up with salt water with anemones and crabs and shrimp.
Fish
There are 8 adult Oscars. I have not had a successful spawn yet but there is one pair that is about to spawn. It is a tiger male and albino female. There are 4 beautiful albino (lutino?) long fin Oscars. These are not yet adult. There are also 3 almost adult albino Oscars.
I have a few angels including a pair that has spawned but not successfully yet. The male is not fertilizing the eggs. I have about 6 red jewel cichlids and 4 broods of their babies. I have 6 blue acaras and a pair has spawned successfully.
I also have a tank of fish from my pond that is interesting. This includes guppies, mollies, large mouth bass, blue gill, crappie, ghost shrimp, a red ear slider turtle and one unidentified specie of fish. Crawfish too.
If anyone wants to build an awesome fish room or fish hatchery this will give you a great start.
I will sell all of this for $4500.00. I live in Liverpool , Texas and the hatchery is set up and operating. Anybody interested please contact me and come see it for yourself. This will of course be local pick up only.
I will also consider trades or partial trades for a bass boat or some kind of small motorboat or a four wheeler. If you have something else to trade, I might consider it.
