OH is it the same thing as aquarium salt? Not salt water salt but the freshwater salt for treating for ich and sheit like that

epsom is magnesium sulfate which is like a laxative
aquarium salt is sodium chloride which helps with the slime coat, disease, nitrogen poisoning etc.
