I checked 4 Petco's close to me no 40G or 55G left, i wonder
if they will get any more, afterall sale only ends 21 July?

From what I've heard, no they won't. The sign with the sale prices says "while supplies last". They stock up on tanks before the sale. You could always try asking a manager. Their shipments come in wednesdays.
