I just got this email, and a full refund plus a $15 store credit

An issue has come to light with your purchase today so I wanted to reach out and quickly explain the situation and also offer what I hope is a suitable resolution.

The $15 sale price of the Tunze Turbelle NanoStream 6095 Controllable Pump you ordered was a pricing error on our part. Our intention was to actually lower the price of the pump by 15%.

To make things right, we would like to offer you one of the following options:

1. If you would still like to purchase the Tunze 6095, we have authorization from Tunze to offer you a 25% discount, which would bring the price down to $205.49 per pump.
2. If you do not want 25% off each Tunze 6095, we will credit your Marine Depot account with $15 that you may apply to any item(s) you desire. Just write "apply store credit" in your order notes during checkout or ask the team member you speak with over the phone to apply your credit next time you place an order.
