Super clean facility with some awesome looking fish/plants to offer! Had some of the nicest looking Discus I have seen also gonna have some super nice Tanganyikans coming hopefully soon!

+1 on another thumbs up.  Very cool guy to deal with.

The best discus and pleco in town!  Plant selection is super healthy and clean.  Looks like the place is coming along pretty good.  There's already a whole rack in the back side for wild Tropheus.

Yes, it is.  Dan of www.gulfcoastdiscus.com opened this store.  Right now it's more of a soft opening but I can see the potential as he is a real hobbyist.  You should swing on by and check it out.  The price on pleco was ridiculously cheap.  Some were selling for over 40-50 buck more at other places.

Dan, aka Gulf Coast Discus, is a major supplier to ADG for Discus and Cardinals. His store is coming along right nicely. Not only does he have a beautiful collection of Discus for sale (better then any LFS in town and at least 20% less) he also has a wide variety of exotic looking plecos , and angels including altums all at amazing prices. He has a nice selection of plants as well. For apisto keepers he has a huge supply at wholesale prices.  He is now stocking hard goods including canister filters. His filters rival Ebay prices. Actually, for those travelling the 59 SW corridor LFS trek, he has the best prices, bar none, including City Pets.

In addition, Dan is an accomplished painter, his first love,  and his works adorn his store. A very nice store all the way around!

AWESOME PLACE :!: Went there today. Was really impressed. I had a great time chatting with Dan.  I was tempted to go home with a galaxy vampire pleco that other places sell for $75+, and he had for $45, but I heard that vampire plecos can be rough on other pleco species (input on this anyone?).  Instead I purchased a beautiful queen arabesque pleco for $35.00. I plan to visit him again after next payday and get another one of his plecos. I'm in pleco heaven now  :!:

opps, just called the body shop, and they told me my hid is burnt out, so they need to replace it, guess i will be going over there this weekend or next monday...
