As most of you know, I had a huge emergency last night and needed to get a colony of tropheus or my dad was literally going to kill me.

I have been taking 25 hours of classes and needed to get some tropheus in my father's tank by saturday.  We started our search at Dan's and it just was not enough put to put together a decent colony.  Well, being the AWEOMSE ppl that you guys are...even if you could not provide the fish, you were kind enough to get us in contact with others who could.  DAN from Aquarium Warehouse and Cichlid Fan actually helped me box and transport fish in the middle of the night to get my mission complete.  I ended up with 27 chimba reds by 4:25 AM.  I would like to sincerely thank the both of you accommodating me.  Tracy, thanks for picking up the phone at close to midnight and trying to get me in touch with willy.  Charles, thanks for offering me the trophs that you DID have even though it did not work out.  We lost one fish but one of the females spit 5 fry during the transport.  The total drive was close to 100 miles and of course, I could have not done any of this with my man eklikewhoa who stayed with me and gave me advice throughout the whole ordeal.  If i forgot anyone, please forgive me.

Let's say I did two round trips from my place to his.....all after squeezing in a 12pk, 4 painkillers, bag of Goode Brother's Jalepeno chips, 3 bottles of water....and still got home before the fiance woke up  :wink:  or probably before she realized I was gone.    8)
