amazon, ebay, watch out for some fake ones on ebay...
used ones you can find them at local camera forums...(http://www.texasphotoforum.com/forum/)
    or http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/.
BN filters you may not need it that much, and uv is just more for protect the front lens.
so if you go out and shoot a lot, a cpl should be on your first list...
if you just shoot fishes and things indoor...dont worry about the cpl first, get a external flash first...
i dont use a wireless flash and the pics came out ok...so i dont think you would need it if in a limited budget...
same thing on the flash, if budget is not that limited, get the 580ex II at the first time, i know that its almost twice as much as the 430ex, but worth the money...
used ones can find as low as 300, i saw a few for as low as 200 something before...
now start to learn how to use lightroom and ps, making your pics 100x better...

Whats the deference between a macro lens and a regular one?

minimum focusing distance. A macro allows you to get very close and and still focus

Macro prime lens is the key.

Main difference is cash money, lol.

                            no sir.

                            don't work that way.

My nikon d90 has commander mode and build in wireless flash.

The flash I used as the nikon sb-300 as a slave. I have it pointing down at the fish so that's why you don't see the flash point in the picture.

Canon doesn't have this option.....well it does but it cost A LOT more b/c it's not built in.

This is is the main reason I picked nikon.
